Mission
Statement:
To assist my clients in achieving
their fitness goals through a well balanced exercise program focused
on core strength, balance and flexibility of the body.
Sessions
will be held at a pre-determined location in the San Francisco Bay
Area, convenient to both the trainer and the client. Weather
permitting, outdoor training will be utilized. Any necessary
equipment will be provided.

Payment and cancellation
policies:

Private
sessions: $105 per session.

Semi-private
sessions: $70 per additional person per session (up to 3 additional
people.)

Prepaid
Packages available: 5 sessions for $500 and 10 sessions for
$950.

 | Payment
is expected at the end of each session unless a prepaid package is purchased. |
 | 24 hour
cancellation notice is required. Lack of proper notification will require full payment for
missed session. |
 | Cash or
checks are accepted. $30 returned check fee. After 2 or more returned checks, only cash
will be accepted. |
